摘要
结合工作经验,简要介绍了房地产企业产品策划阶段、规划设计阶段、项目实施阶段以及物业服务/运营阶段的预算合约与产品力提升的关系,阐明了预算合约在房地产企业产品力提升过程中的重要作用,从而为房地产企业开发提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the real estate enterprise product planning stage, design stage, project implementation stage and realty service/operation stage of budget and relationship to promote the product force combining with work experience, illuminates the budget contract on real estate enterprise products to important role in the process of ascension, so as to provide guidance to the development of the real estate enterprises.
