结合市政工程施工实务,分析了市政工程施工中的易出现问题的根源,并对工期、质量、造价三者之间的相互关系进行了研究,提出了有效推进工期、提高工程质量和降低工程造价的途径,促进市政工程管理水平的提高。

Combining with the construction practice of municipal engineering, this paper analyzed the problems root of municipal engineering construction, and researched the relationship of construction period, quality, cost, put forward the ways of effectively promotion construction period, improving project quality and reducing project cost, promoted the improvement of management level of municipal engineering.
