摘要
结合建设管理单位的工作特点,对员工培训工作中存在的没有得到足够重视、培训方式缺乏创新、没有建立适当的员工培训激励措施等问题进行了分析,从培训管理、培训方向、培训评估等方面提出了对策建议,以促进企业提高培训效率,增强核心竞争力。
Combining with the working features of the construction administrative places, the paper analyzes some problems in the staff training, such as the insufficient attention, the lack of innovation in staff training, and the incentive measures of staff training, and points out some strategic suggestions from the training management, the training direction and training evaluation, so as to enhance the training efficiency of enterprises and strengthen their core competitive power.
