摘要
分析了建筑工程项目人力资源绩效评估的特征,从工作态度、工作能力、个人业绩三个方面构建了项目的人力资源绩效评估体系,并采用AHP方法说明了对各个指标进行权重确定的方法,以供参考。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of human resources performance evaluation of construction engineering project, construction of the human resource performance evaluation system from working attitude, working ability, individual performance three aspects, and using AHP method showed the weight determine method to various indicators, for reference.
