阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂和血清超敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-6、8水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂和血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL)-6、8水平的影响。方法 70例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以饮食控制、体育锻炼及口服降糖药物或注射胰岛素控制血糖。观察组加用阿托伐他汀20mg/次,1次/d,连用12周。结果治疗12周后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平上升(P<0.05)。而对照组治疗期间血脂变化不明显(P>0.05);同时两组血清hs-CRP和IL-6、8水平均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降值比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病可调节血脂代谢紊乱,降低血清炎症因子水平,抑制慢性血管的炎症反应。 Objective To discuss influence of atorvastatin on serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs- CRP), intedeukin-6 and 8 (IL-6 and 8) and blood fat of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in two groups were given alimentary control, proper physical exercise, oral antidiabetic drugs and injection of insulin to control blood sugar. The patients in observation group were additionally given 20mg atorvastatin for each time, once a day for 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks' medical treatment, the TC, TG and LDL,C levels of patients in observation group obviously were declined (P 〈 0.05), while HDL-C level obviously were rose (P 〈 0.05). However, the blood fat level of patients in control group showed no obvious changes before and after medical treatment (/9 〉 0.05). Meanwhile, serum hs-CRP and IL-6 and 8 levels of patients in two groups obviously were declined (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the rising rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin has reliable effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can adjust the disorder of lipid metabolism, reduce serum inflammato- ry factor level and inhibit the chronic vascular inflammatory reaction.
