中医健康教育护理模式在前列腺增生患者中的临床应用

Clinical applied on traditional Chinese medicine health education models of nursing in the patients with prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨中医健康教育护理模式在前列腺增生患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年1月～2012年12月期间我院收治的前列腺增生患者100例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。两组患者均采用常规基础护理，而研究组患者则在此基础上加用中医健康教育护理模式，并分别对两组患者的临床治疗情况和护理满意情况进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组显效的比率和总有效率均显著提高，分别为42．00％和96．00％，而无效的比率则显著降低，仅4．00％，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组对医护人员中医健康教育护理模式很满意的比率和总满意度均显著改善和提升，分别为60．00％和86．00％，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全面中医健康教育护理模式对于前列腺增生患者临床治疗情况的提升和护理满意情况的改善均具有积极的现实意义。

Objective To probe into the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine health education models of nursing in the patients with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Selected 100 prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. The patients were divided into study group and control group randomly. There were 50 cases in each group. All patients in two groups were treated with conventional primary nursing. The pa- tients in study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine health education models of nursing. The clinical treatment situations and nursing satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Com- pared with the patients in control group, the patients in study group the significant efficiency rate and total effective rate were increased significantly,up to 42.00% and 96.00%. The inefficiency rate was decreased significantly,only 4.00% ,there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the patients in control group,the patients in study group the rates of satisfaction and overall satisfaction for traditional Chinese medical health education models of nursing were improved significantly, up to 60.00% and 86.00%, there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Com- prehensive traditional Chinese medicine health education models of nursing have positive practical significance to im- prove the clinical condition and satisfaction for patients with prostatic hyperplasia.
