摘要
目的探讨大肠癌患者血清中黏蛋白1的表达及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫法检测40例大肠癌患者术前血清MUC1的表达水平,并与20例健康体检者对照。结果大肠癌患者血清MUC1的表达水平明显高于对照组。大肠癌中,侵及浆膜外、有淋巴结转移、Dukes C+D期、低分化组的表达显著高于未侵及浆膜外、无淋巴结转移、Dukes A+B期、中高分化组(P<0.05);但与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小均无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论血清MUC1表达与大肠癌生物学行为有关,检测血清MUC1的表达水平对于大肠癌的诊断、恶性程度及预后的判断均有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum MUC1 in colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of serum MUC1 in 40 patients with colorectal cancer were detected by Radioimmunoassay ;20 healthy cases served as normal control group, the datas were analyzed by SPSS13.0, the statistics method adopted t test. Re- suits Serum MUC1 in coloreetal cancer was significantly higher than that in 20 healthy cases. In eolorectal cancer, the expression of serum MUC1 had great relationships with the invasive depth, lymph node metastasis, Dukes stages and tumor differentiation , but has no relations with some clinical parameters including age, sex, tumor size. Conclusion The expression of serum MUC1 has a significant correlation to the biological behavior in colorectal carcinoma. Detec- tion of serum MUC1 expression may be valuable for diagnosing coloreetal carcinoma, and evaluating malignancy extent and prognosis.
