基于生态文明观的循环经济发展思路

The Development of Circular Economy Based on the Ecological Civilization

党的十八大将生态文明建设提到前所未有的高度,提出要着力推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展。循环经济是生态文明建设的重要内容,虽然经过几年的实践,我国的循环经济工作已经取得了一定的效果,但是在新时期生态文明观的指导思想下,仍然需要大力推进循环经济的发展。文章提出基于生态文明观的循环经济发展思路与建议。

The ecological civilization construction is put forward to promote green development, cycle development and low carbon development. Circular economy is the important content of ecological civilization construction. In the new era we still need to promote the development of circular economy. The paper puts forward the suggestions of the circular economy based on the ecological civilization.
