摘要
随着自然资源的耗竭和环境污染的加剧,绿色发展的理念从环境经济学领域脱颖而出,绿色环境战略日渐成为世界各界关注的焦点。如何将环境战略与企业战略有机整合,以提升企业的绿色竞争优势,是一个值得企业界和学术界未来研究的理论工程。鉴于此,以"元宝曲线"为理论工具,透过企业绿色竞争力发展现状,分析企业价值链各环节的附加价值,并借鉴迈克尔波特的竞争优势理论与价值链理论,重点研究战略环节上的绿色价值增值空间,规范企业经营运作,以此提升企业可持续的绿色竞争力。
Along with natural resource exhausting and environmental pollution aggravating, green development idea from ecology domain blooming, the green environment strategy becomes the world attention day after day from all walks of life the focal point. How the environment strategy and the enterprise strategy organic conformity to promotes the enterprise's green competitive advantage, which is worth the business community and the academic circles do some further research. This article take "the silver piece curve" as the theory tool, based on the enterprise's green competitive power development situation, analyzed enterprise value chain various links additional value, and profits from the Michael Baud the competitive advantage theory and the value chain theory, we researched "the strategic link" on green value increment space, standardization the enterprise's management and promotion enterprise sustainable green competitive power.
