摘要
路肩宽度不足为既有铁路路基常见的病害之一,传统加宽路肩的主要技术在环境、安全、工效、经济、工时上存在较多问题,有必要研究一种新型的路肩加宽整治方法。系统总结既有线路肩宽度不足的成因,对比分析常见路肩加宽整治的优缺点,研究提出一种预制L形支挡结构,该结构构造简单、安全可靠、适应性强,可实现安全、快速、高效、经济的应用于既有铁路路肩宽度不足及路基下沉等整治工程中。该结构已大量成功应用于朔黄铁路整治整修工程中,整治效果显著。
Insufficiency of subgrade shoulder width is one of the most common diseases in existing railway. However, as for traditional methods of shoulder widening, there are many problems in terms of the environment, safety, work efficiency, economy and the labor hours; thus it is necessary to study a new kind of method for subgrade shoulder widening and treatment. After summarizing the causes of shoulder width insufficiency, and comparatively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common widening methods, this paper suggested a new kind of L-shaped precast retaining structure, which could be simple, safe, reliable and adaptable, and could efficiently and economically be used in treatment project of shoulder width insufficiency or subgrade settlement of existing railway. As a result, this structure has been used in the treatment project of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang Railway widely and successfully, with remarkable treatment effect.
