地平式望远镜像旋问题研究及消旋K镜设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对2m地平式望远镜系统的视场旋转问题,设计了K镜消旋方案。首先,通过对地平式望远镜物方视场旋转及像方视场旋转的分析,给出了K镜组件的消旋速度。其次,对K镜结构进行了详细方案设计,K镜子反射镜采用三点柔性支撑方式,避免在K镜装调过程中对反射镜面形精度产生影响。最后,通过仿真分析,K镜支撑结构具有较好的动态刚度,仿真实验中将柔性支撑与非柔性支撑结构进行对比,结果表明柔性支撑结构可以明显降低温度变化对K镜子反射镜面形精度的影响。 Aiming at the image field rotation of 2m Alt-az Telescope, the K-mirror system is designed. Firstly, the rotated velocity of K-mirror is calculated through the analyzing of object-field and view-filed rotation. Secondly, the detailed structure precept is designed for K-mirror, for preventing the surface precision of reflected mirror decreasing in the process of assemblage, the three-point flexible support structure for K-mirror is designed. Lastly, through the sim- ulate analysis, the structure of K-mirror has preferable dynamical stiffness. The flexible support structure and regular support structure is contracted in the simulate experiment, the conclusion show that the influence in surface precision of reflected mirror is obviously reduced by the flexible support structure when the temperature is changed.
