摘要
振动是汽车零部件中不可避免的问题之一,严重时会导致零部件的早期失效,影响汽车工作性能。利用CATIA软件建立了初始设计汽车悬架控制臂的三维模型,采用ABAQUS对其进行了模态分析,分析结果表明初始设计的控制臂结构将发生共振。通过分析该控制臂结构的第5、6阶振型图,找到了薄弱环节,增加了螺栓孔、衬套处臂体侧表面厚度及在相对大跨度臂体处添加加强筋,提高了该控制臂结构的振动特性。为控制臂设计、制造提供了理论依据。
One of the inevitable problems in the auto parts is vibration, which can lead to early failure of auto parts and components. The 3D model of the initial vehicle suspension control arm is created and the modal analysis is adopt- ed by the ABAOUS. The results show that the initial control arm will have resonance. The fifth and sixth vibration mode diagram of the control arm' s structure is analyzed and the weakness of the initial control arm was found .Then the body surface thickness in the bolt hole and the bushing in the arm side of the body are increased. Ribs are put on the relatively large span of the arm body to improve the vibrate features of the control arm. The theory for the control arm design and manufacture is provided.
