网瘾青少年干预中的护理风险评估及预见性干预

Risk Assessment and Predictability Nursing in Treatment about Internet Addiction Adolescents

目的:通过对住院网瘾青少年在干预中存在的护理风险评估,实施预见性干预,探讨其对住院网瘾青少年意外伤害的影响。方法:将2012年1月至12月实施预见性护理的258例作为观察组;将2011年1-12月收治的225例常规护理的患者作为对照组。观察两组不同护理方法对青少年网瘾者意外伤害的影响。结果:观察组患者出走、自伤、伤人、自杀等意外发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:对住院网瘾青少年进行意外伤害风险评估,针对风险的相关因素,实施预见性护理,可有效地提高护理质量,减少意外伤害发生,最大限度地保证青少年患者的安全。

Objective： Through risk assessment of internet addiction adolescents with accidental injure,carry out predictive nursing and explore the affect of accidental injure in the internet addiction adolescents.Methods： 258 internet addiction adolescents were classified as observation group through predictive nursing and above from January to December in 2012.225 internet addiction adolescents were classified as control group through conventional nursing and above from January to December in 2011,to observe affect of two groups different nursing to internet addiction adolescents with accidental injure.Results： The occurate of accidental injure in observation group was lower than in control group（ p 0.05）.Conclusion： Through accidental injure risk factors,carry out predictive nursing,to improve the quality of nursing effectively,to reduce the occuurnce ofaccidental injury,to ensure the adolescents safety the greatest degree.
