心理干预对新型毒品所致精神障碍患者焦虑情绪的影响

The impact of Psychological intervention on the anxiety of patients with mental disorders caused by synthetic drugs

目的:探讨心理干预对新型毒品所致精神障碍患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:将80例新型毒品所致精神障碍患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗及护理。干预组在此基础上实施个体化的心理干预。比较干预组和对照组患者焦虑情绪缓解情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果:干预组患者经心理干预后,其焦虑状态缓解程度和护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:实施心理干预可明显改善新型毒品所致精神障碍患者焦虑状态,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective： To explore the impact of Psychological intervention on the anxiety of patients with mental disorder caused by synthetic drugs.Methods： 80 cases of patients with mental disorder caused by synthetic drugs were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was process with routine treatment and nursing,and on the basis,the intervention group was begun to implement individualized psychological intervention 2 weeks after admission when the mental symptoms basically disappeared.To compare the easement of patients＇ anxiety of the intervention group and the control group and their satisfaction on the nursing work.Results： After patients in the Intervention group undergone psychological intervention,their remission degreement of anxiety state and satisfaction on nursing job were significantly higher than such in the control group（ P﹤0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： The implement of the psychological intervention can significantly improve the anxiety state in patients with mental disorders which caused by the synthetic drugs,and improve the satisfaction on nursing work.
