固相萃取-高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定一次性纸杯和桶装方便面盒中的双酚A 被引量:5

Determination of bisphenol A in disposable paper cup and bottled instant noodles box by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection method

摘要 目的建立一次性纸杯和桶装方便面盒中双酚A的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法样品剪碎经超声、过滤、固相萃取处理后,以甲醇、乙酸铵(30mmol/L)为流动相,使用高效液相色谱荧光检测方法对痕量双酚A进行检测。结果方法检出限为9.2μg/kg,双酚A的线性范围为0.046 mg/kg^46 mg/kg;加标回收率为89.37%~95.9%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.73%。结论该方法解决了样品基质干扰的问题,方法检测限低,灵敏度高,结果准确,操作简便,能够满足对痕量双酚A的检测要求。 Objective To establish a method for bisphenol A determination in disposable paper cup and bottled instant noodles box by high performance liquid chromatography -fluorescent detection. Methods The samples were cut into pieces, and trea- ted with ultrasonic extraction, filtration and solid phase extraction. Then the targeted analytes were detected by high performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection with methanol and ammonium acetate as mobile phase for elution. Results The detection limit of the method was 9.2 μg/kg, the linearity range was 0. 046 mg/kg - 46 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 89.37% to 95.9% with the relative standard deviation of 3.73%. Conclusion This method had the advantages of low detection limit, high sensitivity, accurate results, easy operation, and without interference of matrix, so it can meet the requirement of trace bisphenol A detection.
