固相微萃取膜技术结合气相色谱法检验尿样中曲马多 被引量:2

Extraction of tramadol in urine using solid- phase microextraction membrane technology with gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立曲马多的固相微萃取膜技术和气相色谱法,探索固相微萃取膜萃取条件对尿样中曲马多提取率的影响。方法通过改变固相微萃取膜的膜面积大小、样品浓度、样品量、浸泡时间、超声时间,比较样品中曲马多提取效果,用气相色谱法测定尿样中曲马多含量,选择最佳萃取和分析条件。结果适当加大固相微萃取膜的面积,浓缩样品、延长浸泡时间,并将超声技术引用到膜的吸附、解析过程中,可提高固相微萃取膜对尿样中曲马多的提取率。结论建立的尿样中曲马多的固相微萃取膜技术结合气相色谱分析法,过程简单,检材用量少,提取率较高,可用于液体样品中曲马多的提取。 Objective To establish a method for extraction of tramadol in urine using solid - phase microextraction membrane technology (SPME) and gas chromatography, and explore the extraction rate of tramadol in urine by changing the extraction conditions. Methods The extraction efficiency of tramadol in urine was observed by changing the extraction condition of solid - phase micro extraction membrane, such as the membrane area, tramadol concentration in urine, sample mass, immersion and supersonic time. The best extracting and analysis condition of gas chromatography was to selected to determine the tramadol content in urine. Results The extraction efficiency of solid - phase micro extraction membrane technology for tramadol in urine became higher when membrane area, tramadol concentration and immersion time of membrane increased, and the supersonic technology was used to adsorb and resolve tramadol from membrane. Conclusion The solid - phase micro extraction membrane method for tramadol extraction in urine is easy to operate, with less sampling amount and higher extraction efficiency. It can be used to determine tramadol in liquid samples.
