平阳县部分人群艾滋病检测资料分析

Analysis of AIDS /HIV detection data of some people in Pingyang county

目的分析平阳县艾滋病重点人群监测、自愿咨询检测情况，提高HIV阳性检出率，进一步做好艾滋病防治工作。方法对平阳县各类人群HIV抗体检测结果进行分析。结果3年累计检测24790人，检出HIV感染者30例，阳性检出率为0．12％，其中自愿咨询检测1426人，检出HIV感染者16例，阳性检出率1．12％；外来务工人员筛查20559人，检出HIV感染者11例，阳性检出率0．05％。30例阳性检出者中，男性占66．67％，年龄段在30岁～40岁间占40．00％，60岁以上占20％，职业中服务员、民工占46．67％，文化程度在小学及以下的比例占56．67。结论3年中HIV抗体检测阳性检出率呈逐年上升趋势，自愿咨询检测对提高HIV抗体检测阳性检出率有重要作用，需加大对外来务工人员、老年人群筛查力度。

Objective To analyze the situation of HIV monitoring on key population and volunteer counseling detection in Pingyang county, so as to improve the confirmed HIV positive rate and further control and prevent AIDS. Methods HIV antibody detection results of different kinds of people were analyzed in Pingyang county from 2010 to 2012. Results A total of 24790 people were detected in recent three years, and 30 cases were confirmed as HIV infection, with a positive rate of 0.12%, in which 16 HIV positive cases were found in 1426 counseling detection volunteers（ 1.12% ） ; 11 HIV positive cases were found in 20559 non - native workers（0.05% ）. In the 30 HIV positive cases, males accounted for 66.67%, and 40% of the 30 cases were between 30 -40 years old, and 20% were over 60 years old. Considering their occupations, 46.67% of them were waiters and rural migrant workers. Considering their degree of education, 56.67% of them only got education in primary schools or below. Conclusion The positive rate of HIV antibody detection increased year by year in the three years. Volunteer counseling detection plays a key role in improving confirmed HIV positive rate. It is necessary to detect rural migrant workers and the elderly more frequently and strictly.
