柴平舒胃颗粒合剂合香砂六君子汤治疗肝气郁结型慢性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical research on Chaipingshuwei particle mixture with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction in treatment chronic gastritis with liver-Qi stagnation syndrome

目的观察柴平舒胃颗粒合剂合香砂六君子汤治疗慢性胃炎(Chronic gastritis,CG)的临床疗效。方法将76例CG肝气郁结型患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常见西医治疗;治疗组给予柴平舒胃颗粒合剂合香砂六君子汤加减,观察临床两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组中有效率77.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组无不良反应,对照组不良反应5.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴平舒胃颗粒合剂联合香砂六君子汤具有疏肝理气,健脾和胃的作用,治疗肝气郁结型慢性胃炎疗效显著,使用无不良反应,优于西医治疗。

Objective To observe the Chaipingshuwei particle mixture with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction in treatment of chronic gastritis （ Chronic gastritis, CG） clinical effects. Methods 76 cases of CG in patients with liver-Qi stagnation syndrome type randomly divided into 2 groups. Common Western medicine in the treatment of control group. Treatment of Chaipingshuwei particle mixture with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction, and observed the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, efficient 77.78% in the control group, both sets of comparisons differences are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; treatment groups had no adverse reactions, adverse reaction 5.26%, 2 control group comparison group differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Chaipingshuwei particle mixture with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction with liver-Qi relieving, invigorating the spleen and stomach, treatment of liver-Qi stagnation syndrome of chronic gastritis with clinical significant, with no adverse reactions, better than Western medicine treatment.
