全麻复合腰硬联合阻滞在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中的应用

Applications of anesthesia combined with epidural blockade during percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy

目的总结全麻复合腰硬联合阻滞下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术麻醉效果。方法分析52例采用全麻复合腰硬联合阻滞下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者的临床资料,观察患者在围麻醉期的心率、血压变化及麻醉药物使用情况。结果全麻复合腰硬联合阻滞在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中麻醉效果满意,在术中改变体位后,血压、心率波动不大,个别病例使用血管活性药物后均改善。结论经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术应用全麻复合腰硬联合阻滞麻醉效果满意、安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Summary of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy anesthesia. Methods Analysis of 52 cases using general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotfipsy clinical data observed in patients perianesthesia heart rate, blood pressure changes and the use of narcotic drugs. Results Anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy satisfactory results after a change of position during surgery, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuations, the use of vasoaetive drugs improved. Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy applications anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia satisfactory, safe, reliable, worthy of clinical application.
