经阴道超声和经腹部超声对异位妊娠诊断的对比研究

Comparative study of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声和经腹部超声对异位妊娠诊断的差异。方法随机抽取2010年1月至2013年7月在我院经阴道超声诊断的异位妊娠30例为观察组。另一组随机抽取经腹部超声诊断的异位妊娠30例为对照组。经手术后及病理证实其诊断符合率及检查出的盆腔积液、附件区包块及异位妊娠囊数及胚芽数和原始胎心数进行比较。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声较经腹部超声对异位妊娠的诊断更具有重要的价值且不需要憋尿,对于早作出诊断,赢得抢救时间非常重要,值得提倡并推广。

Objective To explore the difference of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy. Methods Randomly selected in 2010 January to 2013 July in our hospital diagnosed as ectopie pregnancy transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of 30 cases of the observation group. Another group of randomly selected from the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal ultrasound in 30 patients in the control group. After the operation and pathology confirmed the diagnosis rate and pelvic effusion, check out the adnexal masses and ectopic cyst number and embryo number and the original pregnancy calculation. Results Compared observation group with control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions The vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of eetopic pregnancy with abdominal ultrasound is of great value and does not need to hold, for make the diagnosis early, winning rescue time is very important, is worth advocate and promotion.
