摘要
针对医院手术科室和非手术科室发展不平衡的现状,建立了基于不同关键绩效指标(KPI)的多因素激励机制考核体系,发挥了绩效考核的导向作用,促进了临床科室全面、均衡、可持续发展。
Through facing the situation of unbalanced development between operation departments and non operation departments,the hospital has built up multi-factor motivation assessment system based on the various key performance index (KPI),and achieved the sustainable development.
