报道二氢卟吩 P6酰胺衍生物 la~e在重水中对 NADPH光氧化作用的敏化效应。实验结果表明 ;la~ e在非细胞体系中的光敏化力均优于参比药物血卟啉衍生物 ( HPD) ,以 1c为最强 ;提示
In this paper the sensitizing effects of chlorin P 6 amides (1a~e) on photooxidztion of NADPH in deuterium-oxide were determined.The results of preliminary experiment showed that photosensitizing ability in cell-free system of all chlorin P 6 amindes (1a~e) were much higher than that of hematoporphyrin derivatives(HPD).Among them,1c possesses the highest photosensitizing activity.It is suggested that 1c is possible to be developed as a new photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy (PDT) of cancer.
