摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定二十九味能消散中马兜铃酸Ⅰ的含量。方法采用Waters C18色谱柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长为315nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果马兜铃酸Ⅰ在1.016~8.128μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),最低检出限为4.96ng,平均回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.60%(n=6)。结论本方法简便快速、重复性良好、结果准确可靠,可用于二十九味能消散中马兜铃酸Ⅰ的限量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of aristolochic acid Ⅰ in Ershijiuwei Nengxiao Powder.Methods The Waters C18column was adopted with methanol-1% acetic acid(65∶35)as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 315nm,a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,and a column temperature of 25℃.Results The linear range of aristolochic acidⅠ was 1.016-8.128μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).The detection limit was 4.96ng.The average recovery was 98.24% and RSD was 0.60%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the determination of aristolochic acidⅠin Ershijiuwei Nengxiao Powder.
