摘要 目的分析包装材料对拉曼无损检测的影响。方法对几种常用于注射液的药物包装材料进行拉曼光谱测试,分别透过包装材料测试注射液的拉曼光谱,与将样品去除包装测试的拉曼光谱进行对比。结果安瓿瓶和玻璃瓶干扰较大;聚合物包装的影响取决于包装类型。结论瓶装包装厚度较大,因此其包装材料的拉曼信号非常明显,但仍然能够获得内部样品的拉曼光谱。 Objective To analyze the disturbs of packaging materials on nondestructive testing by Raman spectrometry. Methods Common packaging materials for injections were tested by Raman spectrometry,and the spectra were compared with those of unpacked samples.Results Ampoules and glass bottles seriously disturb the testing.Influence of polymer package depends on its type.Conclusion Raman signals of samples can be acquired in spite of the presence of packages such as bottles.
