摘要
教学过程是一种师生之间的信息沟通过程,信息不对称性是教学活动存在的前提,也是教学的必要性和可能性的客观依据。信息不对称性在课堂教学中具有极为重要的作用,认识教学中师生间的信息不对称性,直接关系到学生素质的提高和学校培养目标的实现。正确对待信息不对称所产生的问题,增加教师的信息储备量,充分利用信息不对称所表现的张力,提高课堂沟通艺术,是专家型教师成长过程中面临的一个重要问题。
Teaching process is a process exchanging information between teachers and students. Asymmetry of information offers the prerequisite to teaching activity and forms the basis and possibility for necessity of teaching. Thus recognition of asymmetry of information between teachers and students concerns both improvement of the student' s quality and fulfillment of school training goals. An important problem facing the development of expert teachers is to take a proper attitude to asymmetry of information, continuously add to the teacher' s stock of information, and utilize the tension given by asymmetry of information to improve the art of classroom communication.
