摘要
目的:研究可供冠状动脉搭桥的材料。方法:对经血管造影证实的10例冠心病患者(单支病变1例、左冠状动脉主干2例、双支5例、三支2例),我们应用自身桡动脉(RA)行冠状动脉搭桥术。RA-LAD8例,RA-LADdl1例,RA-RCA1例,自体大隐静脉桥13条。结果:10例患者痊愈出院,术后近期恢复良好。随访6~20个月,无心绞痛发作,心电图正常。结论:桡动脉位置表浅、获取容易、有足够长度、管径大于胸廓内动脉,可供冠状动脉搭桥选用,是仅次于胸廓内动脉的理想动脉“桥”。
Objective:To evaluate clinical results of coronary bypass operation using radial artery as coronary grafts.Methods:From July1 996 to March 1 999,1 0 patients with coronary heart disease underwent coronary bypass operation.All cases were confirmed by coronary angiography including1 case of one vessel disease,2 cases of leftmain coronary artery disease,5cases of double vessel disease and 2 cases of triple vessel disease.Theradial artery wasused asa coronary graftand anestomoseswere performed between desending aorta and coronary artery beyond the stenosis.Results:The procedures included 8cases of RA-LAD,1 case of RA-LADdl,1 case of RA-RCA,and 1 3 saphenous vein grafts were also used.All patients were discharged in good condition and followed-up for6 to 1 2 months.In all cases electrocardiograms were normal and angina free.Conclusion:The radial artery is suitable to be used as vessel grafts in bypass operation.
