大通牦牛血清碱性磷酸酶及钙磷含量的测定

Content Measuring of Serum Alkaline Phosphatase and Serum Calcium Phosphorus on Datong Yak

本试验对青海省大通种牛场的35头健康大通牦牛的血清碱性磷酸酶和血清钙、磷含量进行了测定,结果为:血清碱性磷酸酶的含量在45.15±3.41IU·L-1,血清钙含量在2.49±0.53mmol·L-1,血清无机磷含量在1.98±0.21 mmol·L-1,均处于正常值范围内;公牦牛、母牦牛之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

35 Datong Yaks were used to measure the content of serum alkaline phosphatase and serum calcium phosphorus in Datong yak farm. The results showed that Content of serum alkaline phosphatase was 45.15±3.41IU·L-1, content of serum calcium was 2.49±0.53 mmol·L-1,content of serum phosphorus was 1.98±0.21 mmol· L-1 and there was not significant difference between male and female Datong yak（P〉0.05 ）.
