口腔鳞状细胞乳头状瘤组织中HPVDNA的原位杂交研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒 (humanpapillomavirus,HPV)感染与口腔鳞状细胞乳头状瘤(squamouscellpapilloma,SCP)的发生之间的关系。方法 应用地高辛标记的HPV 6 /11和HPV 16 /18核酸探针分别在 30例口腔SCP组织上进行原位杂交 ,检测口腔SCP组织中HPVDNA的特征。结果HPV 6 /11DNA阳性 16例 (5 3% ) ,HPV 16 /18DNA未检出 ,HPV 6 /11DNA阳性细胞多数分布在鳞状上皮的表层、中层和基底层。结论 原位杂交方法可以检测口腔SCP组织中HPVDNA的存在并能准确组织定位 ,进一步支持HPV 6 /11感染与口腔SCP的发生密切相关。 Objective To explore the role of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection on carcinogenesis of oral squmous cell papillomas(SCP). Methods By using digoxin labelled HPV 6/11 and HPV 16/18 probes, through hybridization in situ technique, the HPV DNA sequence in 30 cases of oral SCP were detected. Results Among them, 16 cases (53 3%) were positive for HPV 6/11 DNA. None of cases of SCP were positive for HPV 16/18 DNA. Conclusion Our results show that the frequent finding of HPV 6/11 DNA in oral SCP had close association between oral papillomas and HPV 6/11 infection.
