不同性别话语体系下回族女子教育宗旨的论争——以民国回族报刊为中心

On the Debate Concerning Hui Female Educational Purpose under the System of Different Gender Discourse-as the Center of the Hui Magazines in the Republican Period

民国时期回族社会女子教育的整体缺乏与落后的现实使得关于女子教育问题的相关讨论成为回族报刊中一个比较显眼的话题,回族社会对女子教育问题从总体上给予了积极的关照。回族男性与女性知识分子的看法不一,女性的观点更理性、更纯粹、更激进,但回族社会总体上是希望通过女子教育来塑造穆斯林家庭中有知识的"新贤妻良母"。回族女性通过接受新式教育发挥家庭主妇的作用来实现女性的社会价值的观点,仍然是回族社会关于女子教育的主流舆论。

The reality of inadequate education for Hui females in Hui communities in the Republican Period made the discussions on female education an outstanding topic in New Culture Movement. In general, Hui commu- nities granted a positive attention to this issue. Although the views from the Hui male and female intellectuals were different, and female＇ s point of view was more pure and radical, Hui communities wished to establish a new image of ＂a clever wife and a wise mother＂ in ＂a Hui family＂. The view that Hui females could exert the functions of a housewife to fulfill their social values via female education still dominated the public opinions.
