The Status and Roles of Chinese Translation of Islamic Books in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai within the Context of Confucianism as the Core Tradition and Culture

在中国伊斯兰教研究中,长期以来重视明末清初和清末汉文译著的研究。实际上,在甘宁青苏非学派中,珍藏着许多鲜为人知的汉文译著。这些汉文译著,将以儒学为核心的文化中的概念、范畴、符号,运用到苏非功修实践中,形成了中国特色的修炼方式和组织体系,丰富和发展了传统文化的内容,也成为我们深入了解甘宁青苏非学派的一把钥匙。

A It is a tradition that focus on the studies of the late Ming and Qing Dynasty of Chinese translations of Islam in China is the trend. In fact, there were a lot of little-known Islamic books in Chinese translation of Sufi schools which were carefully collected privately in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai. We can find that the cultural con- cepts, category and symbols of Confucianism were applied to the Sufi＇ s works and practices from these manuscripts , and formed the system of organization and the ways of practicing of Chinese Sufi, which enriches and develops the content of traditional culture, and become a key source for us to understand Sufis in-depth literature in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai.
