回族文化在云南社会历史进程及“桥头堡”建设中的积极作用

中国面向西南开放的桥头堡建设战略是云南社会、经济、制度、文化、社会等领域的综合性建设。其中文化的对外开放和交流是必然的也是必须的,而且是极其重要的方面。云南民族众多、宗教文化多元,民族文化资源极其丰富,包括回族文化在内的民族文化建设既是桥头堡建设的重要内容,也是其重要的保证和必要的条件。云南回族在长期的社会历史发展中对云南经济社会发展与云南社会进程作出了不懈的努力和积极的贡献。因此,在桥头堡战略实施中,要在传承和弘扬回族优秀文化传统的基础上,进一步加强回族文化建设,充分调动和发挥回族人民和回族文化的积极作用,为云南桥头堡建设服务。

China and the southwest bridgehead construction strategy is the comprehensive construction of socie- ty, economy, system, culture and social fields at Yunnan. The opening to the outside world and the exchange of culture is inevitable and extremely important. Yunnan has many ethnic, and religious culture, national cultural re- sources are extremely rich, Hui has made unremitting efforts and positive contribution in the long history in the eco- nomic and social development of Yunnan. Therefore, during the construction of the strategy to the bridgehead that based on inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Hui, we must further strengthen the cultural construction of Hui, and fully mobilize and play a positive role of Hui people and Hui culture.
