摘要
采用共沉淀法、真空冷冻干燥法、超声波法、水热法等方法制备了一系列CuO-ZnOZrO2甲醇合成催化剂,在微型固定床反应器上考察了其对CO2加氢合成甲醇的催化性能及影响,并用XRD、H2-TPR、CO2-TPD、TEM、EDAX、BET等手段进行了表征.研究结果表明,采用真空冷冻干燥法和超声波法能够制备出高比表面积、高活性、高选择性的甲醇合成催化剂CuO-ZnO-ZrO2.
A series of catalysts for methanol synthesis were perpared by different methods .Catalytic properties of catalysts were systemically investigated ,using the technologies of XRD ,H2-TPR ,CO2-TPD ,TEM ,EDAX ,BET and the evaluation of catalytic activity was conducted in a micro fixed-bed re-actor .The results show that the catalysts for methanol synthesis perpared by vacuum freeze drying and ultrasonic vibration have high specific surface area ,high activity and high selectivity .
