洛文斯顿认知评定量表评定多发性硬化患者认知障碍的信度和效度初步研究 被引量:3

A preliminary study of the reliability and validity of loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment in patients with multiple sclerosis

摘要 目的 测试洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定(LOTCA)量表(第2版)简体中文版的信度和内在效度.方法 用LOTCA量表简体中文版对41例多发性硬化患者(病例组) 和45例健康者(对照组)进行评定,对LOTCA量表的组内信度、内容效度和区分效度进行比较.结果 病例组的克朗巴哈α信度系数为0.856,对照组为0.683,病例组每个领域的克朗巴哈α信度系数均〉0.8.病例组LOTCA 量表内容效度较好,各项条目所在领域的相关性好(r=0.504~0.941,P〈0.05).LOTCA 量表绝大多数项目具有较高的区分效度(P〈0.05).结论 对于我国多发性硬化患者,LOTCA 量表中大部分项目具有较高的信度和效度,适宜在国内临床工作中推广. Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment (LOTCA) (2nd edition) . Methods We used 2nd edition of LOTCA(Chinese simplified version)to assess 41 patients with multiple sclerosis (patient group) independently and 45 healthy (control group). The internal reliability, contents validity and discriminant validity of the Chinese version of LOTCA were examined in this study. Results Cronbach α coefficients of LOTCA were 0. 856 in patient group and 0. 683 in control group. All items showed high correlation withits domain in patient group (r =0. 504 -0. 941, P 〈0.05), which demonstrated that LOTCA had good content validity. The discriminant validity of LOTCA was high (P 〈 0. 05) for almost all items. Conclusion The reliability and validity are high with mostitems of LOTCA when used in Chinese patients with multiple sclerosis, so it can be used reliably in clinical practice in Chinese patients.
