中西医结合治疗成人胆总管结石15例分析

Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of common bile duct stones in 15 cases

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗成人胆总管结石的价值.方法 回顾性分析15例经中西医结合治愈的成人泥沙样结石患者的临床资料.应用胆维他及利胆排石片等治疗,同时予以解痉镇痛等对症治疗,观察疗效.结果 治疗1~6个疗程（平均3.9个疗程）后,彩超或CT提示结石均排出.结论 中西医结合治疗成人胆总管结石疗效明显,不良反应少,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the value of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on com- mon bile duct stones. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of muddy stone treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine were retropectively analyzed. Anethole trithione and Lidanpaishi tablets were orally, spasm pain and other symptomatic treatments were given, the curative effects were observed. Results After 1 - 6 courses of treatment （ mean 3.9 course）, ultrasound or CT scan showed the stones were discharged. Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine for treatment of common bile duct stones showed obvious curative effect, less adverse reaction, so it is worth popularizing.
