Cross-strait Cultural Integration in the Process of Peaceful Development and Reunification

文化是影响两岸关系发展的重要因素,发挥着资源和约束的功能。两岸的文化互动对于两岸关系和平发展与统一既有正向作用,也存在诸多问题。两岸文化整合是两岸关系和平发展与统一的应有之义。两岸文化整合存在着"原生式"、"境况式"和"建构式"三种路径,整合应着眼于和致力于彰显两岸文化的同质性、同源性、共同的"境况"感和一体性,建构两岸文化交流中的话语权,强调一致性与差异性对立统一、先天遗存与后天建构的共同作用。

Culture is an important factor affecting the development of cross-strait relations, which functions as resources and restraint. Cross-strait cultural interaction promotes the peaceful development and reunification on both sides, but still has some problems. Cross-strait culture integration is necessary for the peaceful development and reunification; there are three routes in cross-strait culture integration： the primordial model, instrumental model and constructive model. Cross-strait culture integration should be aimed at highlighting the homogeny, the same situational feeling and the Oneness in cultural relation across the straits, constructing the discourse right of cultural interaction, emphasizing the unity of uniform and difference between cross-strait cultures, and interacting of congenital inheritance and acquired con- structing.
