国际优质教育资源的引进与组织创新——以中国传媒大学的实践为例 被引量:3

摘要 中外合作办学的核心是引进国际优质教育资源。经过了三个阶段的探索和发展,目前的中外合作办学机构和项目在取得长足进步的同时,还存在着三大问题:重引进,忽视以我为主的建设和各学科的平衡引鉴;重课程引进,忽视优质教育资源的综合建设;重外方评估,忽视自主评价体系的建设。因此,以我为主,科学引进国际优质教育资源极为重要,而创新机制的建设将成为未来引进国际优质教育资源的组织保障。中国传媒大学和其组建的传媒高等教育联盟的教育实践探索实证了这一点。 The kernel of efforts in building Sino-foreign jointly-run schools is to introduce high-quality educational resources. After the former 3 phrases of exploring and developing, for the time being, we still have 3 problems along with our amazing progress in jointly-running organizations and projects. Namely, putting stress on introduction regardless of self-reliant construction and balancing various subjects attaching importance to introducing curricula while neglecting integrating high-quality educational resources' taking foreign evaluation so seriously as to ignore setting-up self-evaluation system. Hence, it is of vital importance that we import international high-quality educational resources in a scientific and self-reliant manner. Furthermore, the construction of creative mechanism will surely become the underlying organiza- tional foundation of introducing exceptional foreign educational resources. Communication University of China and its International League of Higher Education in Media and Communication have sufficiently proved such a point in their educational practices.
