摘要
公共图书馆的正常运转以及效率的实现,在很大程度上依赖于图书馆内部X因素的节省以及由此而提出的制度安排。在公共图书馆内部,馆员个体因素、多层委托代理关系以及博弈行为,都是导致图书馆运行非配置低效率的因素。
The realization of public library＇s normal operation and efficiency depends on the economy of library＇s internal X factor to a large extent and the proposed system arrangement from this. Withing the public library, all librarian＇ s individual factor, multilevel principal-agent relationship and game behavior are the factors causing library＇s non- disposition low efficiency.
