Research on the Construction of Librarians' Book Reviewing Team Based on Bibliometric Analysis

对中国知网所有图书馆员的书评论文进行了计量分析,论证了图书馆员已经成为中国书评队伍的一支重要力量,指出随着图书馆员队伍的不断壮大与学历层次的不断提高,图书馆员必将成为书评队伍的有生力量,并从队伍建设、阵地建设两方面阐述了图书馆员书评队伍建设的途径。

This paper makes a bibliometric analysis on all papers about book reviewing of librarians, demonstrates that the librarians have become an important force in China＇s book reviewing team, points out that along with the continuously growing of librarian team and continuously improving of librarians＇ education level, librarians will become the effective strength of the book reviewing team, and from two aspects of team construction and position construction, expounds the paths for the construction of librarians＇ book reviewing team.
