摘要
德意志银行和汇丰集团离岸发展路径可归纳为辐射型和布局型两种类型。本文通过对德意志银行和汇丰集团的离岸发展案例进行比较,认为金融控股集团在创始背景、发展机遇、离岸模式和治理机制等方面存在差异,但其离岸发展路径也存在共性,既受到监管环境、市场环境、技术支持等外部环境因素的影响,也与资产规模、风险控制等企业自身因素相适应。上述国际案例的实践经验为中国金融控股集团的离岸业务发展提供了借鉴和参考。
Deutsche Bank and HSBC Group's offshore development paths can be summarized as radiation and layout types. Cases comparison show that there are difference between background of founding, development opportunities, offshore model and governance mechanisms. But there are also commonalities in their offshore development path: shaped by the regulatory environment, market environment, technical support and other external environmental factors, but also adapt to asset size, risk control and other enterprises own factors. The practice of Deutsche Bank and HSBC Group gives the experience and reference for financial holding group offshore development in China.
