明确地方政府职能转变对促进区域体育产业协调发展的重要作用。通过文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,揭示区域体育产业协调发展对地方政府职能存在需求,包括高质量的宏观调控、结合区域特点的政策性扶持和服务性的角色定位。但是,现行地方政府职能在体育产业发展方向设计上隐形于其他产业,在弥补市场失灵中还存在惰性,在区域体育产业发展上缺乏针对性,因此需要选择相应的方式转变职能;可以从设立体育产业直属职能部门,培养相关人员意识形态和把地方政府公共服务业绩与区域体育产业发展结果相连的角度进行。

Clear functional change of local government to promote the regional coordinated development of the sports in dustry is an important role. Through the literature material and logic analysis and other methods I reveal regional sports in dustry coordinated development existing demand of local government functions, including the high quality macroeconomic regulation and control, policy support and service role in combination with regional characteristics. However, the current lo cal government function in the sports industry development direction design is invisible to other industries, and there is still inert making up for market failure and lacks of pertinence in sports industry development, so the corresponding mode needs to be selected to change functions, which may carry through from the establishment of the sports industry direct depart ments, training related personnel ideology and connecting the local government public service performance with regional sports industry development results.
