摘要
竞技体育人才具有的丰富隐性知识是组织获得可持续竞争优势的关键因素。如果这些隐性知识无需外显就能达到转移和共享的目的,则是高水平运动队此类运动项目组织最理想的一种选择。师徒制模式恰恰满足了这一需要,它是该类型组织隐性知识社会化最有效的方式。本文从竞技体育实践中师徒制模式的内涵阐析入手,探讨了基于师徒制模式的竞技体育人才隐性知识转移机理,在此基础上提出了隐性知识转移的组织干预策略,希望能为提高运动项目组织内部隐性知识的转移效率,进而提升整个组织的可持续竞争力提供参考。
Athletic talents who have rich tacit knowledge are the key factor to the sustainable competitive advantage of the organization. If the tacit knowledge can be transferred and shared without explicitness, it must be the most ideal choice for high level sports organizations. Apprenticeship model which meets this need is the most effective type of organizational tac it knowledge socialization. This article, from the connotation analysis of apprenticeship model of competitive sports prac tice, discusses the tacit knowledge transfer mechanism based on the apprenticeship model, and puts forward organizational intervention strategies of tacit knowledge transfer, hoping to provide reference to improve the transfer efficiency of sports organization tacit knowledge and enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the entire organization.
