摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、特尔菲法、数理统计法,并结合体育社会学、人才学等多学科理论对辽宁省竞技体育教练员成才因素进行研究。结果表明:辽宁省竞技体育优秀教练员成才的因素包括:主观方面包括较高的管理能力、热爱体育及远大的奋斗目标、创新能力、善于学习经验等;客观方面包括主管部门的重视、后备运动员充足、参加比赛的机会等。辽宁省竞技体育优秀教练员成才的主要因子包括6个,分别是:教练员的文化知识因子,教练员的业务管理能力因子,教练员的创新能力因子,影响教练员的环境因素因子,人际关系因子,教练员的综合素质因子。通过对辽宁省竞技体育优秀教练员的多因素分析,可以为今后的辽宁省竞技体育教练员培养后备人才作参考指标,巩固辽宁省竞技体育的优势地位。
By the methods of documentary, questionnaire, Delphi and statistics, the study does multivariate factors analysis on competitive talent coaches' growth in Liaoning which combines with sport sociology and science of personnel, etc. The results show that the factors influencing competitive talent coaches' growth in Liaoning include subjective and objective as pects. For subjective factors, it includes higher managing ability, love sports and ambitious goals, innovation ability and good learning experience, etc. ;for objective factors ,it includes department attention, adequate backup athletes and chance to participate in competition, etc. There are six main factors of competitive talent coaches' growth in Liaoning, i. e. coa ches' cultural knowledge, management ability, innovation ability, environment factor, interpersonal relationship and com prehensive quality. Multivariate factors analysis on competitive talent coaches' growth in Liaoning will be used as reference index of competitive backup coaches training, so as to consolidate the dominant position of Liaoning competitive sport.
