摘要
目的:主要观察不同运动形式对大鼠Resistin蛋白含量的影响。方法:2型糖尿病大鼠建模后将51只大鼠分为5组:正常对照组(NC,n=10)、糖尿病对照组(DMC,n=10)、有氧运动组(A,n=10)、阻抗运动组(R,n=10)及有氧联合阻抗运动组(AR,n=11)。本实验各组的运动均为中等强度,通过心率加以调控。有氧运动选动物跑台运动模型,强度为20m/m。阻抗运动模型采用负重爬梯(梯高1m,梯间高0.2m,坡度85°):每次运动包括3组、每组重复5次、负重相当大鼠体重的50%。各运动组每天运动1次、持续40min,每周5天,共8周。有氧联合阻抗运动组每周进行3次有氧运动和2次阻抗运动。用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测各组大鼠Resistin蛋白的表达结果。结果:与糖尿病对照组相比,各运动组血糖及胰岛素抵抗水平显著降低、Resistin蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.01);与有氧组或阻抗组相比,有氧联合阻抗组血糖、胰岛素抵抗及Resistin蛋白的下降的幅度最大且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:有氧联合阻抗的运动形式对Resistin蛋白表达的影响优于单一的运动形式。
The study is to explore effects of different type of exercise on Resistin protein expression in rats with diabetes. Method : Fifty-one SD rats were divided into five groups: normal control group ( NC, n = 10), diabetes mellitus group ( DMC, n = 10), aerobics group ( A, n = 10), resistance exercise group ( R, n = 10) and combined aerobic and resist ance exercise group( AR, n = 10). The exercise groups did the exercise with moderate intensity controlling with heart rate. The study took treadmill (20m/rain) as aerobics, climbing ladder with load as resistance exercise( ladder 100cm high,lad- der between 20cm,85 degrees slope) :each time exercise include 3 sets,repeating 5 times,the load as 50% of body weight The exercise groups did the exercise once a day for 40min ,5 days a week lasting for 8 weeks. Combined aerobics and resistance exercise group did aerobics 3 times and resistance exercise 2 times a week. The contents of Resistin protein were measured by SDS-PAGE. Result: The level of FBG, IR and contents of Resistin protein in exercise groups decreased (P 〈0.01 ) respectively compare with the DMC group; The level of FBG, IR and contents of Resistin resistin protein in combined aerobic and resistance exercise group decreased significantly compare with A and R group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu sion:The effect of combined aerobic and resistance exercise on the expression of Resistin protein is better than any only type of aerobic or resistance exercise.
