摘要
系统输送技术是近年来为满足GMP要求而为大家重视的一种新型洁净粉体物料输送方式。系统输送技术与制药工艺中常见的洁净粉体物料输送方法有着共同的特点,同时,具有密闭安全的独特优势。立足制药工艺中常见的洁净粉体物料输送方法的利弊和物料输送过程潜在的安全隐患,着重探讨系统输送法中有效可行的密闭安全输送技术。
Systematic transportation technology is one kind of new transportation method for clean powder, which meets GMP requirement and is paid attention in engineering. In this technology, the same characteristics with that in common transportation technologies exist, at the same times, it has the advantage of safety with perfect seal. With respect to the pros and cons and hidden peril existed in common transportation method for clean powder, the feasible safe technology with perfect seal used in systematic transportation method was discussed in this article.
