摘要
为了揭示支链氨基酸对耐力运动机体某些生化指标的影响,实验建立了大鼠耐力训练模型,通过给大鼠服用支链氨基酸,测定运动前后的体重变化、力竭时间以及血红蛋白、血尿素、血清兴奋性氨基酸、抑制性氨基酸、血糖、肝糖原和肌糖原含量等指标.结果显示:服用支链氨基酸后,大鼠的力竭时间显著延长,血红蛋白、血清兴奋性氨基酸、血糖、肝糖原和肌糖原含量都显著升高,而血尿素和抑制性氨基酸含量显著降低.研究表明:支链氨基酸可以缓解耐力训练导致的蛋白质过度分解代谢,增加机体糖原储备,改善机体糖代谢功能,加强糖异生作用,进而促进大鼠的耐力运动能力.
To reveal the effect of the branched chain amino acids on some biochemical indicators in the endurance training rats,an endurance training model was established in the present experiment and the rats were treated with the branched chain amino acids during the training time.The weight change and exhausted time of rats were determined after the endurance training,and the content of hemoglobin,blood urea,excitatory amino acids,inhibitory amino acids,blood glucose and liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured,respectively.The results showed that the exhausted time of rats in treated the branched chain amino acids were significantly prolonged,and the content of hemoglobin,excitatory amino acids,blood glucose,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were markedly increased,but the content of blood urea and the excitatory amino acids were decreased in comparison with the rats in training control group.The present study showed that the branched chain amino acids could improve the protein catabolism because of excessive exercise,and increase glycogen reserves and glycometabolism,and further promote the exercise capacity of rats.
