摘要
地方政府融资平台贷款的风险产生原因有,银行和政府、融资平台的信息不对称;官员考核机制、领导任期与贷款期限不对称、借新钱还旧钱;银行对政府过度授信、银行对贷款资金监管不规范;平台公司的经营制度不规范、抵质押不到位。
According to studies, this article conclued the causes for loan risk of local government financing platform into four aspects： information asymmetry in banks and government financing platforms; incomplete country offcials check mechanism, which leads to mismatch of term of office and the loan length of maturity; excessive government credit and lack of supervision; the last but not the least, non-standard platform＇s operating system and insuffcient collaterals.
