近年来,公安执法部门积极应用行政复议调解机制,调解了众多民众纠纷,给社会公众生活带来和谐和稳定。本文主要分析公安行政复议调解机制在调解公众纠纷实践中所出现的问题,并提出一些措施,以促进行政复议调解机制更加完善。
