广州城区白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:31

摘要 目的了解广州城区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为控制登革热媒介科学合理用药提供依据。方法选择6种常用杀虫剂,采用幼虫浸渍法对广州城区(越秀、天河、海珠)白纹伊蚊幼虫进行抗药性测定。结果越秀、天河区白纹伊蚊仅对敌敌畏抗药性指数>2,属于低抗性;对其他<2,均敏感;海珠区白纹伊蚊对倍硫磷、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯抗药性指数>2,有低抗性;广州城区白纹伊蚊均对高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威敏感。结论在登革热媒介防治中,杀虫剂的选择应考虑各区抗药性情况,因地制宜,科学合理使用,方能有效控制登革热疫情。 Objective To survey the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou which offering scientific evidence for the vector control of dengue fever. Methods Using 6 common chemical in- secticides ,the resistance of Ae. albopictus larvae in urban area of Guangzhou( Yuexiu,Tianhe and Haizhu ) was meas- ured by larval impregnation. Results Ae. albopitus from Yuexiu and Tianhe was lowly resistant to DDVP (the resist- ance index 〉 2), but sensitive to other insecticides. The Haizhu population held low resistance to fenthion, permethrin, dehamethrin(the resistance index:2.02 - 2.44). Ae. albopitus in urban area of Guangzhou was sensitive to beta- cypermethrin and propoxur. Conclusion Insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally to prevent and control vector of dengue fever.
