2011年聊城市居民健康素养调查

Survey on Health Literacy Among Residents,Liaocheng City,2011

目的全面测评我市居民所应具备的基本健康知识和技能等健康素养内容,为制定卫生政策与规划提供重要参考依据。方法 2011年9月采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在聊城市8个县(市、区)共抽取18个调查点。其中城市调查点10个,农村调查点8个。问卷调查城乡15岁以上常住人口。结果发放并收回调查问卷1 971份,有效问卷1 963份,问卷有效率为99.59%。居民具备健康素养的286人,占14.57%。从健康素养的3个方面看,具备基本知识和理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、基本技能素养的人比例分别是23.89%、11.61%和41.62%。结论聊城市居民健康素养的总体水平较低。

Objective To investigate and value the basic healthcare knowledge and related skills of I.iaocheng rcsi dents in an all-around perspective,so as to provide basis for for public health policy making and phtn-making. Methods In application of multi stage stratified random sampling method, select 18 observation spots in 8 countries of Liaocheng. 10 of them were modernized towns while the rest 8 of them were villages. Meanwhile, this survey mainly covered residents c- ver 15 years old. Results Questionnaires distributed and re collected for 1 971 copies,and 1 963 of Ihcm were proved t be valid. The validity of this questionnaire was above 99.59 . With this amount of data, the number of residents who have decent healthcare knowledge was 286,accounting for 14.57 of all. And from the 3 different descriptive aspects of hcahh- care knowledge condition,the objectives who have basic knowledge,live in a relatively health way and basic heahh skill ac counted for respectively 23.89 %, 11.61% and 41.62% . Conclusion The current healthcare litercy is relatively low o verall.
