2010年大连市部分高校大学生艾滋病相关知识及性行为调查

Survey on AIDS Knowledge and Sexual Behavior Among University Students,Dalian City,2010

目的了解大连市在校大学生艾滋病（AIDS）相关知识、态度及行为状况，为在大学生中开展同伴教育提供本底资料。方法2010年9～10月对大连海事大学、东jE财经学院两所大学在校生进行问卷调查。结果调查4822人，AIDS知识知晓率为84．04％，AIDS传播途径知识知晓率在91．25％～93．03％之间，非传播途径知晓率在50．12％～90．83％之间，不同年级学生的知识知晓率比较无差异（P〉O．05）；68．60％的学生认为应该同情关爱支持HIV感染者／AIDS病人；获得AIDS知识渠道中报刊电视占64．33％，网络占9．85％，朋友占8．01％，家长占7．24％；如果感染了性病，51．74％的学生愿意选择到公立医院就诊；77．60％的人愿意在性生活过程中使用安全套。295名有过性经历的学生中有21．83％每次性行为都使用安全套，17名男男同性性行为经历者中17．65％的人在最近一次的同性性行为使用安全套。结论大连市大学生对AIDS相关知识知晓率较高，但了解不够全面，而且大学生发生性行为过程中自我保护意识淡泊，缺乏预防AIDS性病的保护措施。

Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among university students in I）alian city,so as to provide reasonable background information for peer education among this population. Methods The students from Dalian Maritime University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics were recruited during Sep- tember-October,2010. Results There were 4 822 eligible participants. The awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS in- formation and AIDS transmission routes was 84.04 0% and 91.25 % -93.03 % respectively. The awareness rate of non-trans- mission related knowledge was 50.12%-90.83%. There were significantly differences in awareness rate of AIDS informa- tion among university students in different grades（ P d0.01）. 68.60% supposed people with HIV should receive sympa- thy and care form society. Students getting AIDS information from newspapers and TV,Internet,fellows,parents accoun- ted for 64.33% ,9.85% ,8.01% ,and 7.24% respectively. 51.74% were willing to go to hospital if they were infected with STD. 77.60% were willing to use condom in sexual behavior. 21.83% used condom every time they had sex among 295 u niversity students who had sex with male of female before. 17.65 % used condom in most recent sexual behavior among 17 male students who had sex with men. Conclusion University student have a higher awareness of correct AIDS informa- tion, but have less comprehensive knowledge of AIDS. Meanwhile, they have less awareness of protecting themselves from AIDS and STD when having sex with partners.
